Bangladesh Customer Places Order for 6YL100ZDI Oil Press Machine on August 4, 2023

We are pleased to announce that our company has received an order for an oil press machine from a renowned customer in Bangladesh. This customer visited our factory in June this year and was highly satisfied with our equipment, leading to the purchase of our new model, the 6YL100ZDI oil press machine, which is scheduled for delivery at the end of this month.
The Bangladeshi market primarily relies on oilseeds such as sunflower seeds, rapeseeds, and flaxseeds. These oilseeds play a vital role in the country's food processing industry, where they are used for the production of edible oils, food products, and industrial applications. As the demand for high-quality edible oils and related products continues to grow, the demand for oil press machines in the Bangladeshi market is also on the rise.
Given the increasing demand for high-quality edible oils in the market, the performance and efficiency of oil press machines have become crucial. Drawing from years of collaboration with Bangladeshi market clients and their feedback, our company's technical department successfully developed and produced new models of oil press machines in 2023, including the 6YL-80ZD II, 6YL-100ZD II, 6YL-120ZD II, among others. These new oil press machines exhibit significant improvements in terms of appearance, durability, and oil extraction rates compared to the older models.
The frame and protective cover have been separated, with the frame made from thicker 63# channel steel to enhance the equipment's robustness. Both the frame and protective cover are primarily constructed from carbon steel with plastic spraying, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. The protective cover has also been equipped with heat-resistant handles for user-friendliness.
Components in contact with raw materials, such as the oil collection tray, feeding hopper, and cake outlet, are made from 304 stainless steel.
The cake outlet of the press chamber now features a cake viewing window, allowing customers to monitor cake extraction in real-time for prompt handling of any emergencies. The material used is wear-resistant chromium molybdenum vanadium (Cr12MoV).
The cake outlet has been relocated to the back of the oil press machine, and a cake conveying auger has been added to enable multiple oil press machines to work simultaneously.
The pressing bars, screws, and pressing heads are made from 20CrMnTi material with a bubble-free and durable forging process. In addition, mechanical manufacturing is used for parts like pressing bars and screws instead of manual production, resulting in lower errors, higher oil extraction rates, and greater economic benefits for customers. The surface hardness of the pressing bars can reach 45-50HRC (previously 25HRC), and that of the screws can reach 55-60 HRC (previously 35HRC), doubling their lifespan.
The pressing shaft is made from heat-treated 45# steel for extended lifespan.
The vacuum oil filter drum is constructed from 201 stainless steel, with a chromium-plated carbon steel pressing plate and a casted structure. Stainless steel wire-reinforced hoses are used for the vacuum hoses, offering improved durability and airtightness. A transparent window (made of organic glass) has been added to the vacuum oil filter drum for easy observation of its contents.
The main motor gearbox features high gear hardness and excellent wear resistance.
The electrical distribution system utilizes well-known brands such as Omron or Schneider, known for their high durability and stable equipment operation. The distribution cabinet design has been updated from a top-down configuration to a slope design, aligning better with user habits and making it easier for users to operate.
Ventilation holes have been added on both sides of the oil press machine to facilitate heat dissipation.
