On August 26, 2023, Dingsheng Machine announced the successful completion and timely shipment of two customized palm oil crystallization tanks designed and manufactured by our company to Morocco. These tanks are aimed at providing local clients with efficient palm oil fractionation solutions, meeting strict requirements for production efficiency, product quality, and energy utilization.

The crystallization tank equipment consists of the tank body, stirring device, reducer, motor, and more. During operation, by adjusting the speed of the stirring device and conditions inside the tank such as temperature and pressure, crystal formation in the oil is induced, resulting in a higher purity product.
These two palm oil crystallization tanks are constructed using imported SUS316 stainless steel, featuring mechanically polished inner walls and a fully welded 316 structure on the outer walls. The equipment is sealed with special sanitary-grade mechanical seals to ensure material purity.
Variable frequency speed control is employed in the crystallization tanks, offering a wide range of stirring shaft speeds. This ensures uniform mixing, promoting rational and scientific crystal formation for a well-rounded end product.
The tanks are equipped with an intelligent control system capable of monitoring and adjusting key parameters such as temperature and pressure, ensuring optimal efficiency and product quality throughout the production process.
