With the increasing population in our country, the production of oilseeds from planting or imports is increasing day by day, and the development of oil and fat equipment is advancing by leaps and bounds. The quality of the same type of oil press is uneven. In order to provide users with high-quality new oil press, our company, together with the technology department, workshop production workers' production experience, and sales department feedback from customers, successfully developed and produced new oil presses such as 6YL-80ZD II, 6YL-100ZD II, 6YL-120ZD II, etc. in 2023. This oil press differs greatly from the old model in terms of appearance, service life, and oil yield.

Features and advantages of the new oil press:
The frame and protective cover are separated. The frame uses No. 63 channel steel with a thicker thickness, making the equipment more sturdy.
The main material of the frame and protective cover is carbon steel spray, which is more beautiful as a whole. The protective cover is equipped with an anti-scald handle, with a user-friendly design.
The parts in contact with the raw materials are made of 304 stainless steel, such as the oil collecting tray, feeding hopper, and cake outlet.
The cake outlet of the press chamber has a cake viewing window, which allows customers to observe the situation of the cake outlet at any time for emergency handling. The material is made of Cr12MoV, which is more wear-resistant.
The cake outlet is moved to the back of the oil press, and an auger for cake conveying is added, which can realize the simultaneous operation of multiple oil presses.
The press bar, screw, and squeezing head are made of 20CrMnTi material and forged process, with no bubbles, hard, wear-resistant, and without cracks.
In addition, our factory uses mechanical manufacturing for press bars, screws, and other accessories instead of manual manufacturing, with small errors and high oil yield, creating economic benefits for customers.
The surface hardness of the press bar can reach 45-50 (previously 25), and the surface hardness of the screw can reach 55-60 (previously 35), increasing the lifespan by 1 time, with a longer service life.
The press shaft is made of No. 45 steel with heat treatment, and has a long service life.
The vacuum oil filter barrel is made of 201 stainless steel, and the pressure plate is made of carbon steel with chrome plating and casting process. The vacuum hose is made of stainless steel wire hose, which is more durable, has good airtightness and no air leakage. And add a window (made of plexiglass) on the vacuum oil filter barrel to facilitate observation of the situation inside the barrel.
The gear box of the main motor has high hardness and high wear resistance.
