Dingsheng Solvent Extraction System - Complete Oil Extraction Solutions for Maximum Efficiency
Date:Apr 25th, 2025
Dingsheng Machine provides professional solvent extraction systems for vegetable oil production, offering high extraction rates and energy-efficient performance. Our integrated solutions cover the entire extraction process from raw material preparation to final oil and meal production.
Key Process Components
1. Extraction Process
The extraction process utilizes food-grade solvents to extract oil from prepared flakes through wetting, penetration, molecular diffusion, and convection diffusion. The resulting mixture (miscella) and wet meal are then processed separately in the evaporation and desolventizing systems.
Main Equipment: Box-type extractor, Loop-type extractor
2. Miscella Evaporation
The miscella consists of solvent, oil, and meal particles. Our evaporation system purifies the miscella by removing impurities and separating the solvent from the oil through controlled heating. The process involves two-stage evaporation followed by stripping to produce crude oil with minimal residual solvent.
Main Equipment: First evaporator, Second evaporator, Shell-and-tube heat exchanger, Stripping column
3. Solvent Recovery
Our comprehensive recovery system collects solvent vapors from all process units through a series of condensers. The condensed liquid enters a solvent-water separator, with pure solvent recycled back to the extraction process. Non-condensable gases are treated in the mineral oil absorption system for maximum solvent recovery.
Main Equipment: Condensers series
4. Meal Desolventizing System
Wet meal from the extractor undergoes complete solvent removal in our vertical DTDC (Desolventizer-Toaster-Dryer-Cooler) system. The process includes pre-desolventizing, mixing, direct steam treatment, and vacuum stripping, followed by drying and cooling to produce high-quality meal ready for storage or further processing.
Main Equipment: Vertical DTDC, Chain conveyor
5. Mineral Oil System
The mineral oil absorption system captures residual solvent from non-condensable gases using chilled mineral oil (below 40°C). The solvent-rich oil is then heated to release the solvent for recovery, while the regenerated mineral oil is cooled and recycled back to the absorber.
Main Equipment: Absorption tower, Oil-oil heat exchanger, Mineral oil cooler
System Advantages
- High extraction efficiency (>99% oil recovery)
- Low solvent consumption (1-1.5kg/ton material)
- Energy-saving design with heat recovery
- Compliant with international safety standards
- Automated control for stable operation
Technical Specifications
- Capacity: 50-2000 TPD available
- Solvent consumption: <1.5kg/ton material
- Residual oil in meal: <1%
- Residual solvent in meal: <500ppm
- Residual solvent in oil: <50ppm
