Our client in Incheon, South Korea, originally operated a small-scale extrusion facility for animal feed production. Looking to expand their business, they decided to invest in a complete rice bran solvent extraction line.
They visited several factories in China before making a decision. After careful comparison, they chose our company, Dingsheng Machine. The client’s requirements were exceptionally high. They required a complete rice bran solvent extraction line capable of processing pre-extruded rice bran into crude rice bran oil and animal feed-grade rice bran meal. The project also includes integrated rice bran meal crushing and bagging equipment, making the finished meal easy to store and transport.
Dingsheng Machine is responsible for the complete project, including design, manufacturing, painting, and shipment. We delivery 7 containers for this complete sets of 50T rice bran extraction project on June 2024, now the project has now been successfully installed and commissioned.
The production line features a vertical open-top condenser, a design rarely used in domestic projects, reflecting our engineers’ deep understanding of the process and earning high praise from the client. The main extractor and condenser are made of durable 304 stainless steel for long-lasting performance. The desolventizer is equipped with a heating jacket for improved solvent removal and imported gear reducers for reliable operation.
