5 TPD Camellia Oleifera Oil Pressing Project Successfully Completed and Shipped on January

On January 22, the complete 5 TPD Camellia Oleifera oil pressing project was successfully completed and shipped. The supplied equipment package includes a bucket elevator, roasting machine, two oil presses, and a plate-and-frame filter press, providing an integrated and efficient solution for small and medium-scale edible oil production.
The roasting machine is used to heat raw materials before pressing. We mainly promote electromagnetic heating models because of their high thermal efficiency and fast response. Unlike traditional electric heating tubes, which first heat the element and then transfer heat to the drum with significant energy loss, electromagnetic heating directly heats the drum itself. As a result, the drum temperature can reach 100°C in approximately 15 seconds, providing faster heating, better temperature control, and lower energy consumption.
The oil storage tank is used for temporary storage of pressed oil before further processing. All tanks are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance, hygiene safety, and long service life.
Among various filtration solutions, the plate and frame filter press provides the highest filtration accuracy and produces the cleanest oil. The filter plates are made from food-grade materials without plasticizers and are supplied with material certification to meet food safety standards. Although this type of filter requires regular filter cloth replacement and cleaning, resulting in higher labor intensity, it remains the preferred choice for customers who prioritize oil purity and product quality.
Our R&D department is equipped with a dedicated laboratory for raw material testing and process optimization. For new customers and special materials, test trials are carried out to optimize key parameters such as screw speed, compression ratio, and processing conditions. This development and optimization process requires time, but it is essential to ensure stable operation, high oil yield, and consistent product quality.
