Palm Oil Crystallization Tanks and 316L Storage Tanks Project – Casablanca, Morocco

This project is located near Casablanca, Morocco. The client’s company was established in 1964 and is headquartered in Casablanca. It originally started as a furniture manufacturer and later gradually expanded its product lines and business scope. In recent years, edible oil processing has become one of the company’s key business sectors. To meet growing market demand, the client decided to upgrade and modernize their edible oil processing equipment step by step.
Over the past two years, the client has placed three orders with our company, demonstrating strong trust and long-term cooperation.
We delivery two sets of 316L stainless steel palm oil crystallization tanks, 1 set Refrigeration unit and PLC automatic control system, 16 sets of15 m³ 316L stainless steel oil storage tank.
With extensive experience in engineering design, equipment manufacturing, and turnkey solutions, our company provided customized palm oil processing equipment tailored to the client’s production requirements. After multiple rounds of technical discussions and optimization, the final stainless steel crystallization tanks were delivered. The client expressed high satisfaction with both equipment quality and technical support, which directly led to repeated purchases.
The two palm oil crystallization tanks are manufactured from SUS316L stainless steel and equipped with variable frequency stirring systems to ensure uniform mixing and stable crystal growth. This design allows for a more controlled crystallization process and produces uniform, well-formed crystals.
The crystallization system is also integrated with a Siemens PLC control system, enabling precise monitoring and adjustment of key parameters such as temperature and pressure. This ensures optimal operating efficiency and consistent product quality.
The 316L stainless steel oil storage tank is manufactured using high-quality SUS316L material and advanced fish-scale welding technology. This provides excellent sealing performance, high structural strength, and a premium finished appearance suitable for long-term industrial operation.
The client has shown strong satisfaction with the performance and reliability of our equipment. In September 2025, our company’s owner, Mr. Justin Han, visited the client’s site for a follow-up inspection. During the visit, the client introduced their production facilities and expressed strong confidence in continuing long-term cooperation with our company.
