High-Strength Pressure Vessel Structure: The whole steam jacket adopts premium Q245R pressure vessel steel, with 12mm thick bottom plate and 8mm thick side plate. The thickened steel structure ensures pressure resistance, high temperature resistance and long-term stable operation, meeting industrial-grade safety standards.

Precise Raw Material Conditioning Design: Featured with top steam injection pipes, the equipment achieves direct steam conditioning for sunflower meal, effectively adjusting raw material moisture and improving the internal oil cell rupture rate. Each layer is equipped with adjustable curved material gates, which can precisely control material layer thickness and retention time, realizing flexible processing parameter adjustment according to different raw material conditions.

Durable Power & Mixing System: It adopts a 37kW explosion-proof motor matched with a professional gearbox bottom drive system. The solid 45# steel main shaft and 16Mn steel mixing arms run stably at 17 rpm, ensuring uniform material turnover, even heat and mass transfer, and no dead-angle heating.

Standardized & High-Yield Performance: Manufactured in strict accordance with pressure vessel specifications, the roaster features uniform temperature and moisture distribution, smooth and stable material flow.
