This project is located near Casablanca, Morocco. The client’s company was established in 1964 and is headquartered in Casablanca. It originally started as a furniture manufacturer and later gradually expanded its product lines and business scope. In recent years, edible oil processing has become one of the company’s key business sectors. To meet growing market demand, the client decided to upgrade and modernize their edible oil processing equipment step by step.

On January 26, Algerian client visited our factory for a site tour and technical discussion. The client’s main raw material is date pits, which are used for date pits oil production. This visit aimed to gain a deeper understanding of our equipment manufacturing capabilities and processing solutions for date pits oil extraction.

On January 22, the complete 5 TPD Camellia Oleifera oil pressing project was successfully completed and shipped. The supplied equipment package includes a bucket elevator, roasting machine, two oil presses, and a plate-and-frame filter press, providing an integrated and efficient solution for small and medium-scale edible oil production.

Recently, Dingsheng Machine has successfully completed the manufacturing of a Desolventizer Toaster specially designed for sunflower meal processing. The equipment will be delivered to a 150TPD solvent extraction production line project in Kazakhstan.
