YZL320×6 Steam-Roasting Cooker Successfully Shipped to Russia

Zhengzhou Dingsheng Machine Manufacturing has successfully completed the production, inspection, and shipment of a YZL320×6 steam-roasting cooker, which is now on its way to a client in Russia. This delivery marks another important step in the company’s continued expansion in the Eastern European oil-processing market.
The YZL320×6 model is one of our upgraded steam–roasting cookers designed for the pretreatment stage of edible oil processing. It integrates heating, steaming, cooking, and drying into a single system to ensure oilseeds reach optimal moisture, temperature, and internal structure before pressing. This significantly improves oil yield, enhances the stability of the pressing process, and helps ensure the final oil quality.
Strict Manufacturing & Inspection for International Standards
From raw material selection to final assembly, the whole production process of the YZL320×6 followed strict technical standards. Before shipment, our quality-control team carried out full-scale testing, including:
Temperature control accuracy check
Steam distribution and safety inspection
Running stability test
Surface treatment and anti-corrosion check
Packaging and loading safety assessment
All indicators met export requirements and the customer’s technical specifications. After approval, the equipment was securely packed and loaded for long-distance transport to Russia.
