The 6YL-120DⅡscrew oil press machine is the newly upgraded model designed for higher efficiency and reliability. It features an advanced forced feeding system and cake return system, ensuring continuous pressing, stable operation, and improved oil yield.Made of high-quality alloy steel with precise heat treatment, the pressing screw and bars are highly durable, extending service life and reducing maintenance costs. Frame: The oil press frame is precision-machined with CNC-milled welds for high assembly accuracy. Built from thick steel plates and forged components, it offers excellent stability, wear resistance, and long-lasting performance even at high speeds.

Covers & Housing: The oil press features a durable, powder-coated carbon steel housing with a smooth, easy-to-clean surface. All food-contact parts are made of stainless steel to ensure hygiene and safety.

Electrical Control System: The upgraded external control cabinet saves floor space, allows easy access for operation and maintenance, and can be detached for transport. Neatly organized wiring and reliable Delixi components ensure safe, stable, and long-lasting electrical performance.

Press Cage Section: The screw and press bars are made from 20CrMnTi alloy steel with advanced heat treatment, ensuring long life, stable oil yield, and minimal replacements. A spline connection between the pressing shaft and gearbox delivers greater torque, more stable operation, and extended service life, while the wear-resistant cake ring and galvanized shaft reduce maintenance needs.

Forced Feeding System: Powered directly by the main gearbox without extra motors, the system features a compact design, smaller footprint, and lower energy consumption. A horizontal shaft drive with precision bearings ensures smooth, stable feeding while reducing vibration and wear.

Automatic Cake-Return System: Blade-type augers with heat-resistant bearings ensure smooth, continuous material flow and reduced blockages. Safety features include an inlet mesh, protective covers, and a split discharge outlet for recycling or direct cake packaging.

Vacuum Filtration System: The negative-pressure design with dual tanks quickly removes impurities and moisture for pure oil, while food-grade stainless steel parts ensure hygiene and easy cleaning.
