Product Description

Dingsheng Machine professionally provides olive pomace oil refining plants designed to process crude olive pomace oil into high-quality refined edible oil. The complete system integrates degumming, neutralization, bleaching, deodorization, dewaxing, and filtration processes to effectively improve the oil’s color, clarity, stability, and shelf life.

Refining Process & Equipment

Refining Process :
Degumming:
Hydration degumming or acid degumming technology is used to remove phospholipids, gums, and suspended impurities.

Neutralization:
Alkali refining is adopted to remove free fatty acids. Physical refining processes can also be selected according to the quality of the crude oil.

Water Washing & Drying:
Removes residual soapstock and moisture to improve the stability of subsequent refining processes.

Bleaching:
Activated bleaching earth is used to adsorb pigments, peroxides, and trace metals, improving the color and quality of the oil.

Dewaxing / Winterization:
A key process in olive pomace oil refining. Through low-temperature crystallization, slow agitation, and filtration systems, waxes are effectively removed to enhance low-temperature clarity and oil stability.

Deodorization:
Under high vacuum and steam stripping conditions, odors, volatile substances, and residual free fatty acids are removed.

Fine Filtration:
Final filtration ensures the production of clear, stable, and higher-quality refined olive pomace oil.
