Product Description
Dingsheng Machine provides professional rubber seed crude oil refining equipment designed to convert crude rubber seed oil into high-quality refined oil. The refining system integrates degumming, neutralization, bleaching, deodorization, and filtration processes, ensuring stable production and excellent oil quality.
With a capacity range of 1 to 30 tons per day, the system can also be customized according to different project requirements. It features stable operation, low energy consumption, high automation, and easy maintenance, making it an ideal choice for small and medium-sized oil refineries.
Refined rubber seed oil is widely used in biodiesel production, lubricants, coatings, soap manufacturing, and the chemical industry.

Refining Process & Equipment
Main Refining Process Description
Degumming:
Phospholipids, gums, and suspended impurities are removed through hydration or acid degumming, improving oil stability and reducing refining losses.
Neutralization:
Free fatty acids are removed through alkali refining, forming soapstock. After separation, low-acid-value neutral oil is obtained.
Bleaching:
Under vacuum conditions, bleaching earth and activated carbon are used to remove pigments, oxidation products, and trace metals, improving oil color and purity.
Deodorization:
Under high vacuum and steam stripping conditions, odor-causing substances and volatile compounds are removed to produce odorless, high-purity refined oil.
Fine Filtration:
Final filtration removes fine impurities, ensuring clean, clear, and stable refined rubber seed oil.
