Product Description
Dingsheng Machine provides professional tung oil (Idesia polycarpa oil) refining equipment designed to convert crude tung oil into high-quality refined oil. The complete refining system integrates degumming, neutralization, bleaching, deodorization, and filtration processes, ensuring excellent purity, stability, and performance of the final product.
With a capacity range of 1 to 30 tons per day, the system can also be customized according to different project requirements. It features stable operation, low energy consumption, high automation, and easy maintenance, making it widely suitable for small and medium-sized industrial oil plants.
Refined tung oil is widely used in paints, coatings, varnishes, waterproof materials, inks, resins, and the chemical industry due to its excellent drying properties and strong film-forming performance.

Refining Process & Equipment
Refining Process :
Degumming:
Water degumming or acid degumming is used to remove phospholipids, gums, and impurities from crude tung oil. This improves oil stability and reduces refining losses.
Neutralization:
Free fatty acids are removed through alkali refining, forming soapstock which is separated to obtain neutral oil and improve product quality.
Bleaching:
Under vacuum conditions, bleaching earth and activated carbon are used to remove pigments, oxidation products, and trace metals, improving oil color and purity.
Deodorization:
Under high vacuum and steam stripping conditions, volatile compounds and odor substances are removed to produce stable, high-purity refined tung oil.
Fine Filtration:
Final filtration removes fine impurities, ensuring clean, clear, and stable refined tung oil suitable for industrial applications.
